Recognise one
Its address page is headed Telegram Wallet. TonCenter tags these accounts tg_wallet; an address with no code yet is not called one.

Know why every one has the same code hash
The account’s own code is a 41-byte stub that jumps to configuration slot -123, where the wallet program lives. All Telegram wallets share it.
- 3
See who can change the code
Only a validator vote replaces the value in slot -123. When it changes, every Telegram wallet runs the new program, with nothing for a holder to do.
Open Config - 4
Read how it was activated
The Telegram Wallet tab shows the transaction that activated it: relayed (another account delivered its first signed request) or signed by the wallet itself.
- 5
Tell who paid the gas
A relayed request is delivered by another account, which attaches the GRAM for its gas. Its row says "gas paid by" and names that account.
- 6
Check key changes
A Telegram wallet can replace the key that signs its requests. The address stays the same, and each change is listed with its transaction.
